Good morning,
Finally my boat touched the water this past Monday after fixing a water leak coming from transom seal.
Now to the new issue, after installing all components when doing the first on trailer test we noticed some vibration when steering, we proceeded to add power steering fluid and bleed the lines; minutes later vibration was gone or the issue got a lot better. We went to the lake for a test drive- engine ran great, no issues when turning, trim was working properly, and to my surprise shifting was not an issue ( i was nervous about not being able to adjust shifting cable correctly, but will still keep an eye on it). On our way back while waiting in line to pull the boat out i started noticing vibration on the stern of the boat when steering, i noticed the mechanism has an intermittent type of vibration usually when moving the steering wheel fast - doing it slow is not as noticeable. Did another on trailer test, went through the motions for bleeding the system and still with the vibration. It feels like a suction type issue on the pump, i do not know if that is what it calls in the manual as spongy steering.
i will be disconnecting cable assembly to check for proper installation.
Any other suggestion, or areas i need to check?

thanks for the help.
