Advice for a newbie? Glastron 195SE

Hi, new here and new to power boats. We've just bought a 1998 195SE with a Volvo Penta V8. It seems in good shape for it's age. We haven't even had a chance to go out on it yet, as the inspection I had done showed the sterndrive seals needed replacing, and the marine techs are all busy busy right now. I've been exploring the FAQs and such, but if anyone's got any boat specific advice; things to watch for, updates to make, or where to find more info (I've downloaded the Glastron manual but it's quite generic) I'd really appreciate it.

OK, I see the engine forum's a lot busier, one specific question about the boat, does anyone know where to find information specifically about the late 1990s Glastron 195 ?
