I have a 1990 Four Winns Freedom 190. The companion way hatch has a material glued to it which has started to separate from the hatch around the edges. The hatch is made of Plexiglas or poly carbonate, but I am not sure. The material attached to the hatch looks like vinyl dash material, but could be plastic or some other material. I am trying to find out what type of adhesive should be used to re-attach this textured covering to the hatch?

A picture would be helpful. When you say vinyl dash material, are you talking about the molded dashboards? Those can be any number of plastics, including some vinyl blends, but rarely straight vinyl. Or do you mean flexible vinyl?

Good question Muskyfins. I won't be able to post a picture today, but will try to get a picture up tomorrow. The material attached to the hatch is a very thin sheet of textured material. It is not molded and has no backing.

Thanks for the tip Woodonglass. Sorry it took so long to get a picture. Here is the hatch and the material which is still partially attached to it. Do you still think the 3M Plastic Emblem and Trim Adhesive will to the trick, or do you think something else would be more appropriate given the picture.
