Adding Power Tilt/Trim To 1995 Johnson 30HP 2-stroke?

Ok iboaters, I have a question. I have a 1995 Grumman 1542 B aluminum bass boat with a 30HP 2-stroke Johnson outboard that I believe is original to the boat. I am wondering if it is possible to add power tilt/trim to this boat/motor setup. My throttle control is equipped with the trim switch on the side, but I'm not sure if that means anything or not. This may be a dumb question but I'm not up to par with my boat knowledge. Also, if possible, any estimations on what this would cost and how to go about doing it? Thanks in advance for any help or insight.

cmc makes a tilt an trim that you put your motor on it runs about 500

Thanks for the quick response. I found a CMC tilt/trim for 35HP and under for right at 500. Now just need to decide if it's worth it. Thanks again.
