Access panel to front fishwell, on a glasstream 1550 Pro Bass

I have a 1987 Glasstream Pro Bass boat that has a broken or loose line to the front fishwell. Does anyone know where the access port is so that I can repair the fill line? It apears to be connected to the bottom of the well it's self, but I can not find a way to get to it without cutting into the deck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have a 1550 bass pro, mine you can reach the line going in under the stearing and foot area. not sure if all are the same or not but mine i can get ahold of from there and had to replace the hose a wile ago
