I have a boat with mercruiser 5.0 in Florida when I put it away for the summer I fill the gas tank, put stab-bil in the fuel, fogged the engine. when I started the engine a couple of weeks ago the engine started fine but bogg down when I try to accelerate. I did the following maintaince used carb cleaner on the carbrator, check the spark plug (ok) changed the coil & wires and checked the dist. cap.

It may be the carb is plugged up. When you put it away for the summer, did you change the fuel filter and check it for water? Also, when you added the fuel stabilizer, did you put it in the tank well ahead of fogging so the filter and the carb would have stabilizer in it also. When just dumping in the tank and then fogging the engine, the stabilizer doesn't get mixed up very good.
But honestly, I doubt bad fuel is your problem.
Check your carb and make sure when you operate the throttle and see if the accelerator pump is working.

If after the engines warms up you can slowly pick up speed to 1/2 throttle and then ram it home with no problem. It is the accelerator pump that died from drying out last winter.
