? about wiring choke plate open

after determing that no choke is needed 2.3 omc ford is ther anything else i have to do besides just wiring it open do i need to disconnect anything else thanks

If it's working right, there's no need to do anything with it. But sure - you can disconnect whatever you want to keep it open. May make it a little more difficult to start when cold.

Is your choke still closed when warm? If so, that can be fixed / adjusted.
