No I havent studdied it , Just passing on as recieved, Ought to make an intresting discussion. :D :D

Just wanted to give a quick update on the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy.

In it, we know that Iran, Russia, Turkey, Libya and other Islamic nations are going to attack Israel, while

the U.S. sits on the sidelines. God intervenes and saves Israel.... and by doing so, He shows

Israel and world that HE IS LORD and HE IS ACTIVE in preserving Israel.

Watching Iran and Russia is important in realizing the timing of this war.

Iran's President and Iran's former President are claiming to be part of the nuclear club this week.

Iran has formally enriched uranium, the crucial step towards making a dirty bomb or a full nuke.

Naturally, everyone is asking if the U.S. is going to attack Iran. After all, Iran is right on the

border of Iraq and our ships, airplanes, troops are right there now. Iran has also, openly stated,

that the U.S. is the great satan and Israel is the little satan. They give weapons to terrorists on

an ongoing basis and even train them. At the same time, politics and battle-weariness, is placing

pressure on our President to get our troops home, right at a time when we need them to be on

the border of Iran..... just in case. The nervousness of the market (in case we go to war with Iran),

is causing the price of oil to go sky high again (plus the normal oil-money-greed of the summer season).

What does this all mean for you and me?

What this means, is that we are blessed and thankful that God has foreknown all of this and has it

all in control. Nothing is going to happen before his ordained timing. He said that HE was going to

cause Iran, Russia, etc to get into a position to attack Israel, just so that HE could save Israel and

show the whole world that HE is in charge. That is a WONDERFUL thing to know and understand.

I was asked this week, "What does knowing all of this (Bible Prophecy) do for me, right here, right now?".

EXCELLENT QUESTION.

I responded that knowing that these prophecies are coming to pass... right in front of us... right now.... should:

(1) encourage us - God is control. He knows the end, from the beginning. We read the end of the Book of

Revelation and guess what???? Christ wins!!!! And so do we, who are believers and followers of Him!!!!

(2) sober us - We need to know that there is precious little time before Jesus calls us home in the Rapture event.

It doesn't mean that we all get all serious, with down-trodden faces. But we should have a certain urgency within

us to see how we are living, and what we are doing with the time we have left. Who and what is happening around

us that we could be a help to them or circumstances.

(3) embolden us - speaking for myself, coming from a Jewish background, I have family that do not know Jesus.

Knowing the closeness of His coming, has embolden me to speak to family members regarding Jesus and the

salvation that He offers each of us. I don't slam it down their throats, but they do understand that I have a living

relationship with my Savior/Redeemer/Messiah Jesus. I'm sure we all have family members that do not know

the King of Kings. They may have "religion", but not necessarily a "relationship" with Him.

(4) free us - as we deepen our relationship with Him, we are given the strength to break chains, to things

that hold us and keep us from being all that He can do with us.

These are just a few of the things that should happen within us as we see Jesus' return for His Church, fast approaching.

It is exciting, encouraging, amazing in watching His sovereignty being displayed right in front of us in the news.

Here is the article regarding Iran.

Be encouraged, our King is soon in coming to His own children.

Peace be with all of you.

Happy Easter and Happy Resurrection Day!!!!! Keep looking UP!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MSNBC.com

Iran says will soon join nuke technology 'club'
Tehran successfully enriches uranium for the first time, ex-president says

The Associated Press

Updated: 12:05 p.m. ET April 11, 2006

KUWAIT - Iran “will soon join the club of countries with nuclear technology,” Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Tuesday.

Separately, former President Hashemi Rafsanjani said Tehran has successfully enriched uranium for the first time.

The U.N. Security Council has demanded that Iran stop all uranium enrichment activity by April 28. Iran has rejected the demand, saying it has a right to develop the process.

The comments by the Iranian officials came as the head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency, Mohammed ElBaradei, was due to visit Tehran this week for talks on the nuclear standoff.

Officials with his International Atomic Energy Agency have said he is hoping to win at least partial concessions from Iran. IAEA inspectors are currently in Iran visiting two key facilities.

Rafsanjani’s comment, carried by the Kuwait News Agency. was the first disclosure that Iran had successfully enriched uranium since February, when it began research at its enrichment facility in the town of Natanz.

Rafsanjani did not disclose the amount of uranium that Iran had enriched through the facility’s 164 centrifuges, but he said it would put the country in a good position for ElBaradei’s visit.

'New circumstances'
“When ElBaradei arrives in Iran, he will face new circumstances,” Rafsanjani said, according to KUNA.

“Iran has put into operation the first unit of 164 centrifuges, has injected (uranium) gas and has reached industrial production,” the news agency quoted him as saying.

“We should expand the work of these machines to achieve a full industrial line. We need dozens of these units (sets of 164 centrifuges) to achieve a uranium enrichment facility,” he said.

Enriching uranium to a low level produces fuel for nuclear reactors. To a higher level, it produces the material for a nuclear bomb.

Iran would require thousands of operating centrifuges to produce enough uranium for either purpose.

In Vienna, IAEA officials declined to comment on the report. A diplomat familiar with Tehran’s enrichment program said the report appeared to be accurate. The diplomat spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss information restricted to the agency.

A spokesman for the British Foreign Office recalled that Iran was under Security Council orders to “resume full and sustained suspension of all its enrichment.”

“The latest Iranian statement is not particularly helpful,” the spokesman said, speaking on condition of anonymity in keeping with government policy.

Ahmadinejad had promised Monday to announce “good nuclear news” soon.

U.S. mulling military action?
On Monday, Tehran shrugged off reports that the United States is drawing backup plans for military action against Iran over its nuclear activities, saying they were an attempt to scare it into halting its program and warning any attack would bring a “suitable response.”

Several American media reports over the weekend said the Bush administration was studying options for military strikes against Iran to stop its nuclear program. The New Yorker magazine raised the possibility of using atomic bombs against Iran’s underground nuclear sites.

President Bush said Monday the reports were “wild speculation.” He said his vow to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons “doesn’t mean force necessarily. In this case it means diplomacy.”

But the White House was not ruling out a military response and said “normal defense and intelligence planning” was under way.

© 2006 The Associated Press. Whenever I see this sort of writing it seems short on wisdom and full of wishful thinking in order to fit a certain religious fashion.
Whenever the prophesies are used in this way. They are used selectively in order to promote a politically tainted religious message.
Please do not think that I am anti religious.I just do not believe in expedient explanation in order to suit a smartly manipulated personal opinion.

Not a believer in a God that intervenes in human affairs.

Outcomes of crises favor those who are prepared to deal with them. Those who abdicate to a "higher power" to handle things generally get their butts whipped and write it off as "God's will".

Those interpretations of scripture show about as much runaway imagination and wishful thinking as it took to write, then translate, then translate, then translate them again in the first place.

Same with interpretations of the manufactured "news".

heycods
I really don't know.
But up until the part"I was asked a question" I heard it explained almost the exact same way a 2-3 weeks ago.
He also went into great detail about when "Giants walked among men and took women as their wives" that the giants were aliens and viewed as g*ds here on earth. etc
Then tied it all in with what you posted

If you just sat back and listened without bias he made a convincing story.
