Like everyone here I would imagine, I subscribe to several boat related magazines. Recently I have been disappointed with Boating magazine. Reviews of 70 foot boats, misspelling everywhere, and stories of little or no interest to "real" boaters.

Well this months "Best of the last 50" is filled with interesting stories about the history, founding fathers, technological progression, trends, etc. A fun read cover to cover. This one is worth the newstand price. Got a need for a good read, pick this one up. d:)

I let all my subscriptions run out.. Florida Sportsman being the last one.. Too much advertisment.. Not enuff content...

Occasionally I pick something up off the stand.. I'll give it a look-see... Thanks Pointer..d:)

Can't say I've ever cracked open a boat magazine. Way too many truck catalogs to look at. d:)

I know what you mean about Fl Sportsman mag... I let mine go about a year ago. And you should see how their web site went down the tubes ,too.
