I used this boat (94 Reinell 4.3 Merc) about two years ago and it ran perfect. I trailer it at left it in the yard after that. I am about to go camping and decided to get the boat ready, first thing I checked was the oil. It was over filled and all milky. I used my pump and pumped out 2.75 gallons of Oil/Water. The first gallon was almost all water.

I did winterize the boat, or so I thought so I can't imaging how something froze but I guess it could happen. My drain was clogged for awhile and water got in the well, hoping that is how it got in but not sure that is possible?

I have sucked all the water/oil out, now I am filling the water lines up and going to check the oil pan to see it get water in it. If not is it wise to flush and change oil to see if it starts? Please ask any follow up questions, thanks.

4.3 sat for 2 years and found water in oil

If it didn't rust up everything inside your golden, but most likely the motor is toast. Change the oil and fire it up if it will. Run it a while then, check for water and if good change the oil again.

I pulled plugs and water ran out. Cranked motor and water spurted out plug holes. Any chance of saving her? Exhaust or intake manifold?

You will most likely need to pressure test and look

To get water into the cylinders you :
had water above the carb or the block is cracked and/or manifolds
