...the emotion I feel as I watch my middle aged brother wrestle one of my kids for fun on the living room floor.....The emotion I feel when another of my kids that has been putting distance between us suddenly wants to curl up in my lap though they are way too big now... I make room.... the physical discomfort is more that balanced by the emotional comfort I receive.....
