A hole in one and I dont play golf

While screwing something down in the boat I misjudged and put a screw thru the outer front half of the boat by about 1/4 inch. I removed the screw and ground the fiberglass down even, but what can I safely patch/plug/fix the hole with? the whole is very small...maybe a #8 screw

anything from the local autoparts store like epoxy, JB Weld, etc etc???

The MarineTex is the way to go,super hard stuff.They sell it in white and grey i think.
