I have a 2502 Odyssey Pontoon with a 115 Johnson 4 stroke...... My first question is how many RPM's should I run my boat at? 2nd) Should I use a hydrofoil?
Chart I have says 5-6000. No 4 stroke OMC experience, but my Honda experience (they're also rated for 6k) has taught me that they're sounding pretty busy at 6k, sound MUCH better about 5500, and maybe a mile or 2 faster at 5500.
My target rpm would be about 5500 + or - a couple hundred.
