Most of the tanks are not baffled. Those that are have 'rat holes' in the bottom of each baffle to allow the fuel to pass to the section with the pick-up tube.

Most of the crud will have settled to the lowest part of the tank. You could rock the boat on the trailer to agitate the fuel, hurry up and jack/block up the one side to tilt the tank and most of the crud will settle to the low side once parked over night. Suck out what you can.

Always carry a spare filter in a SEALED bag, anytime WOT RPM is reduced change that filter.

The fuel pick-up tube does not go all the way to the bottom of the tank, it is purposely about a half inch short so as to NOT suck up the muck that will collect on the bottom over time. Once the muck has grown to the amount that it is become a problem it really should be dealt with correctly.

Keeping the boat well agitated at or near WOT will use a LOT of fuel and dirty a LOT of filters long before all the muck is pulled out.

Sorry, but tilting the boat on the trailer and sucking out the muck using a weighted hose dropped in thru the fuel sending port is the quickest method of clearing a tank.
