98 Sea Ray 180 BR Floor repair

I've been replacing the wood panels/covers for the ski storage.
The problem is I cannot remove the aft most panel, it continues under the bench seat and even after removing the
screws securing the seat I cannot pull the panel out. Any one know what might be holding it?

Could you post some pics? I'm having a hard time visualizing the problem.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,... Ya gotta remove the seat base 1st....

It's set up just like my 175 like Bondo said remove the seat base should only be in ther with a couple of screws (tight fit) you may have to remove some of the side padding to get it out!
