98 5.0L bravo gen + serp belt replacement

Replacing the serp belt with superseded part number included a new pulley. PSP etch into it, I think stands for power steering pump, but it looks bigger than the existing one.
replacing the 57-8077551 belt with 57861757A1 on mercruiser do you have to replace the pulley in order for the new belt to fit properly, seeing how the new pulley is bigger?

What's your engines serial number.

0L093162. How to replace pulley, looks like a Allen head. But there are no vent holes to help keep pulley still?

I quess I need a puller for the pulley?

Have a look at this service bulletin.

Yes, you need the proper PS pullers and installer to mess with the pulleys or you will damage the pulley, the pump, or most likely both.
