hi dhadley, working crazy hours lately. i ran my boat today was getting 62mph. according to my speedoin the lower unit. i recently had new seals put in the lower unit due to kamakazi driving techniques. will take advice on decarbing engine.will get new compression readings also.when you asked to post # on heads what did you mean? i ran about 5400rpm today. Speed must be close because i ran next to my buddy and we gps his boat at 65 max. he has 200 merc.
