95' Rinker restoration

Have run in to a snag getting treated or marine grade plywood longer than 8' and the side panel that I took out is about 8' 5" long and one piece!! Have cked. online, called many lumberyards with no luck. Any advise please?

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,.... Put a scarf joint in it, 'n build the panel any size ya want,...

Or,... laminate together panels of 1/2 the thickness of finished...

Yep, scarf or lap joint works great.
