95' mercury 200hp efi

I am having trouble getting my motor to start.It has good compression and fire.I have also tried running fresh gas through it and all it will do is turn over and not start up.I would appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions on what I should do or any trouble shooting techniques.

Pull tha plugs and squirt a tiny bit of pre-mix in tha clyinders and see if it will fire...........If it does ya gotta a fuel delivery problem. Fuel pump driver circuit in tha ecu is something thats goes away sometimes. Whats tha number on your ecu? Might be A10 or A27, 28 or 30.............
