95 DT200 Ignition key start key acting up

All last year I had to turn the key very lightly. About 7/8ths of the way forward it would start. Sounds like a start switch problem. I can't seem to locate a replacement online. Do people fix / rebuild these things?

Switch has 6 wires out the back; white, brown, black, green, orange and grey. Part # 40114.

Where can i find one?

can't find it anywhere. I'm in KY with no local suzuki shop. Checking napa next.

I would look up brownspoint.com they have a toll free line and talk to them if they do not show it on their web site.

FYI: This switch can be replaced with a 6 pole mercury switch. Works great and costs 16.00.
