I have zero ideas as to exactly what is causing your problem, but if you think about what you stated, as the engine warms up it doesn't want to idle. When you first start the engine, it has a choke or enriching circuit to help provide more fuel to assist in starting the engine. But after it is warm there is less fuel available to idle correctly. And that points to a carb(s) issue in my thinking. However, the fact that it won't restart easily could be ignition as well. Being a '95 model, when was the last time the carbs were looked at? Could be time to remove and install carb kits in them. When it acts up like that, have you checked for good spark in all cylinders? Just wondering...
