This 94 Yamaha 9.9 4 stroke starts ok, have to give the warm up coil 12 volts due to a issue with it not getting power from the stater but after it warms up it stalls or after revving it it will stall. It acts like its running out of gas. I cleaned the carb, changed the fuel filter and spark plugs and still does the same thing. It has never done this since it was new. Any ideas?
