i have a 1994 bass tracker couple weeks ago it started over charging, sometimes would go back to normal charge.last week started discharging, a day later wouldnt start batt. dead. its a 40 hp.. been hearing chattering nois under dash last year then quit this year till the other night.think the tach. even quit workin, gotta use it soon HELP.if the volt regulator where is it located?, or any part u sugest located?
