94 fourwinns. 302 ford. 2 dead cylinders

Engine not running on 2 of the 8 cylinders, the #2 and #6 are dead. All 8 have compression and are testing good on the fuel injectors. I could not find anything else to try so I even replaced the two injectors that tested good. Still dead cylinders????? Spark plug wires, cap and rotor have all been replaced. Anybody else come into this problem or know what to do now????? I am lost.......

Possible vac leak, spray carb cleaner around intake while running
Did you do a compression test??
What are the Readings?
Possible new cap defect

How did you determine they were dead? Are you getting spark?

Compression is good in all cylinders. Determined good spark by holding wire directly above cap and watching spark jump across which tells me plug is firing.Hooked up Noid tester. that said all my injectors are getting power. I also changed the two injectors in question. After double checking for vaccum leaks there are none.Engine still misses on 2 cylinders. Number 2 and 6 are next to each other in firing order. Checked movement of valves all are working.

There is no chance that plug wires for 2 and 6 got mixed up on the cap, right? Also I believe the distributor shaft rotates counter-clock wise.

I have switched them back and forth, so no that is not the problem unfortunately. Yes the distributer rotates counter-clockwise.
