93 evinrude 40hp runs on one cylinder

Hi, I have a 93 evinrude 40hp that only runs on one cylinder unless I push the electric choke, then will run on both for a short time.

The electric primer valve puts fuel directly into the engine.-----This fuel bypasses the metering circuits in the carburetors.---Need to clean both carburetors.------So find the issue and correct it before running the motor again.
