92 Mercury 20 HP

I'm experincing carb. freezes in cold weather. I have tried cleaning, new carb. kit, all new gas lines and tank. Someone sudgested that it was the air to gas mixure. Tried to adjust setscrew on the front of the carb. nothing seems to work. Please help,<br />DKH

If your talking about a iceing problem with the carb then you have a lean condition, if the idle won't adjust it could be the gasket on the plate on top of the carb, you should also ck the size of the main jet
