'91 Evinrude 30HP Looses power when accelerating

I have 1991 Evinrude 30 outboard runs smmothly at low rpms...but when I accelerate, it bogs-out and sputters until I let off throttle. It will then run again smoothly.....any suggestions? Let me know if I left out anything important that may assist in your diagnosis... Really need advice...Thank you in advance.....

Welcome to iboats. Sounds like you are due to pull and clean the carb. Go to your dealer and get a rebuild kit. Soak all the jets and blow everything out with air.
