90hp mercury fourtstroke 2001 model. Engine just quit.

My Mercury just quit this weekend while cruising around 10mph in my party barge. I was towed to the marina. Battery is hot but absolutely nothing happens when key is turned on...No click, no nothing. The gauges do not work, the trim does not work nothing works but the horn. Where do I start checking for problems??????????????? Help please. Ignition switch, starter, solenoid,

fuse block! then if all fuses are happy wiring connections. if just the engine I would look elsewhere, but as you have no gauges...no trim and only a horn, i would be checking fuses, then checking connections at the battery to know for sure they are clean and solid, then the back side of the ignition/key switch.
I am betting on one or more fuses, I would also pull all the fuses then put them back in... may just be a poor connection where the fuse connects.
