My 90 optimax runs fine up until I throttle up from about 3/4 to wide open throttle. It then begins to surge and won't reach WOT RPMs. Is this a fuel pump issue? No other problems are detected. Starts fine, no alarms, etc.. Any thoughts on where to start? Thanks.
