90 HP Tilt & Trim Motor

I have a 1996 90 HP Mercury ELPTO serial number 00347920, I believe I need a new motor can anyone tell me where to find one, part numbers, etc?

Hi Steve,

Your serial number is 0G347920... The G can look like a 0.

The trim motor itself is available, part# -811624-1. That is just the 'frame and field kit'. If you need the complete motor and pump, part# -824051. Exactly what part of the motor has failed?

The tilt & trim motor just stopped working. It was working very slow but it sounded like death...

Steve, ARCO may make a aftermarket replacement motor for that motor. If so, it will cost a whole lot less than the Mercury part.
