2000 90hp johnson idles great ,full throttle great 10 minutes engine boggs down to low rpm ,if i leave throttle in full position an press fuel bulb rpms come back up to full thottle for short time, does not stall ,new fuel, lower rpm gets me back to the dock cleaned in line filter changed gas line &bulb any help thanks frank

Check for leaks in the fuel lines. Also take a look at the fuel pump. Could have a torn diaphragm. Or maybe the tank vent is closed?
