the next question is i have a red and black wire that im assuming the red goes to my hot buss block .... and the black will go to the grounded buss block ?? heres a pic ...

you can see the red and black close to the end of the green wire ...

and my 3rd question is whats this wiring harness at the top for ?? it looks like it has a grey, purple and black wire in it but i dont see any place on the motor for it. i have my main wiring harnes plug and the harness plug for the TNT unit so im lost as to what this is ....

The green one I have never seen before. The wires in your harness grey purple and black pull that off it just plugs in it is a harness for the tach. The only wires you should need to worry about are the big red plug. And off of the trim switch are a red/white, green/white and I think a blue/white Those are the wires you need to worry about

If it's an oem trim wire, green would be down and blue should be trim up (solid or striped).
