The pump works just fine the trim ram use to let lower unit down after time now it wont work at all. How do u get trim ram out or where its even located on l drive? Thanxs
The trim cylinder is located on the lower unit. You will need to remove the c clips, and use an extractor to pull the pins. When you say it will not work at all, what do you mean? How do you know the pump works fine if the lower unit will not go down? Is your fluid reservoir full? Do you have any leaks at the cylinder or the pump?
Figured out that the pump wasnt pumping the motor runs but pumps no fluid. No leaks around ram or area were ram is located. I think the pump sheared something on insides
