9.9 Throttle tension

Hi. My question earlier (July 7th) about my throttle slippage got partly answered but I think it got lost in the pile of recent postings.<br /><br />Middleground, or anyone else, I would appreciate advice for my '83 evinrude 9.9.<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />Keith
