9.9 HP Idle speed????

I have a 1987? 210cc / 9.9hp Sail power S#0B203140, tiller shift. What is the correct idle speed both high and low for this motor? If it needs to be adjusted, where is the screw to adjust?

650 RPM, there is a idle screw adjustment on the spark advance linkage
