I just purchased a 9.9 Mercury outboard. I have no title just a bill of sale. The serial number is 0D215832 which I was able to find listed on a web site to purchase parts. Is there a web site to try and find the model year? I tried www.oldmercs.com and I did not see it listed so it must be newer than 1979. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
