9.8 merc water coming out of spark plugs

I have merc 110 9.8 that the impeller went out on last weak I put a new one in now I have water coming out of the sparkplugs what now

Must have popped the head gasket. When the impellor went out we must assume the engine overheated. How did you know the impellor went bad? Did the engine quit on you? The good thin is that a head gasket on a 9.8 is pretty easy. The downside is other damage may have occurred when the engine overheated enough to pop the gasket. Look closely at the pistons and cylinder walls for damage.

That rear gasket is awful awful thin and the cover is very light. Make sure it didn't warp when you put it back on.

what do I need to do to fix it is is some thing a novice can do or should i take it in

If you feel good working with hand tools, and have a basic mechanical background, you can do this. If not take it in.
