You need to take off the steering nozzle from the pump and you'll see a cone in the center of the pump. Just remove that and pump it with grease. Don't completely fill it just add a little.

from what i been hearing sounds like that there are grease orks on this but i cant seem to find. sorry my first ski, and i know its old. but still just as fun and going to run it till it falls apart and buy a newer one.
so no grease ork's?

I think in front of, & behind, the motor, look closely, you should find them right there on the lowest point.
