89 tide craftxv150 need a lle advice

hey guys i just bought a 89 tidecraftxv150 it has a johnson 150gt on it with a 6 inch jackplate and i took it around the lake one time and it looks like the hull is trying separate in the back should i just glass it together it does have a 1/2 maybe more gap in the back all the way to where it rivets to the sides the rivets wasnt even touching the hull in the back i will post some pics

knock on the transom does it sound hollow? looks like it is sagging, is the plywood in the transom rotted?

i can see the top of the transom and the bolt holes look good 2 and it looks good the back of the boat has a big gap in the back its got low hrs garaged kept
