89 starcraft islander leaking cubby

Well this is my first post on here and here is my ?.
I have a 89 islander that im going to do alot of work on over the winter.Right now my main concern is to stop the leaks in the cubby erea.its not really bad i just hate seeing moisture getting in there.what should i use for the outside of the cubby.is there a good marine caulk that comes in a tube like the kind you use to do shower walls in the bathroom.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,.... It's a Cuddy cabin, not cubby,...

Look into 4200 sealant, it's strong like 5200, but Can be removed if necessary, where as 5200 is Forever,...
