i boats doesn't have the parts im looking for i need bushings seals and a yoke for the steering bracket I've found the parts on crowleymarine.com but i wanna do some research and see if i can do some comparison

Hi Dan, There is a sticky on this fourm that list several outboard salvage yards where you should be able to find almost any used part that you could need.

Part number ....hit google,thats how i do it.Ebay is also good sometimes.
Ive got a few things from Crowley and there OK.

The dougrussell website may have those parts. You will need the serial number. Normally you can clean the bushings. Are they so worn you need to replace them?

the steering bracket was very stiff turning so i decided to take it apart and clean it the bushings are worn out along with the seals being completely gone so i was looking for all new parts so i never have to take it apart again... i will try dougrussell... thanks... i am located in maine cant really use the boat up here this time of year so im doing all my repairs now any help would is appreciated thank you
