You check for spark on BOTH plugs?
You use the choke?
I saw the second video abut the pump and impeller.
Look up a parts diagram and see how it is to replace the water tube.
If the homemade fix worked before?? then use it.
The tube can be pulled out and a new one stuck back in, unless the grommet at the top has slipped and is blocking the hole.

As stated that was just to get it running earlier this year... Now that inhave replace broken parts and now have fuel hooked up to it... Nothing.

Its both coils not sparking at all.
@jerryjerry05 i did replace that part later in the videos.. Later i serviced the lower end and replaced all the seals.

All im concerned about right now is no spark cuz it has everything else.

outboardignitiondotcom has troubleshoot chart for you engine.
You have to check voltage from the stator, voltage from the trigger.
The stator charge the capacitors in the CDI box, the triggers give signals to the CDI box to fire (discharge the capacitors) to the ignition coils.
As your engine is a two cylinder there are two trigger coils in the trigger ring.
You can use a regular VOM to troubleshoot but a DVA VOM or a DVA adapter to the regular VOM is better. Cause with a DVA you will see the peak voltage.

As I asked earlier; did you disconnect the "kill?" wire? (safety switch)
Check all the wire connectors on the trigger & stator wires the tend to break under the shrink tube

There is no kill switch wired in right now the boat its on is a boat im rebuilding so components are either non existant or not connected yet. I have wires going to the console but nuthing much is wired save for the starter solenoid, positive and ground. The wires seem fine on the trigger and stator, i will do a continuity test later to confirm it.
I have an analog voltmeter coming and will have numbers on here.

So turns out the wire coming from the stator (one of the blue ones) had seperated at the fork that bolts into the bus bar to connect to the coil for #1.
once fixed it cranked right up. now im dealing with a head gasket replacement and water flow issues. Thanks for helping!

From what I see the muffs are the wrong ones??
The pics show the one needed.
I doubt you'll find them??
Just cut down a regular muff.
