trying to put my new alpha one on but it wont go on the out drive and the motor are in full forward gear one i get the shaft in to the coupling it just stops moving the motor is aligned perfectly please help

Try turning the O/D shaft or turning the motor over a lil to align the splines so they will engage

Did you grease the o-rings on the shaft?
