85hp Force Tilt and trim

I have a 85hp force motor and the tilt and trim has a problem. It will tilt down but it will no longer tilt up. I was wondering if anyone could help diagnose the problem since I currently do not have the income to take it to a shop. Could this be air in the system? It was working fine then one day it would take a minute to go up but would go down right away.. this continued until finally it would no longer go up.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

You check the fluid?Motor runs? More info please.J

Switch wires. Blue w/ green. If problem reverses the prob. can be explained by Rritt.

swap relays and see if problem swaps. relays are cheap. you'll pay more for postage than for the part.
