I have 1989 Force 85 hp L Drive that runs like a champ.The problem i have been having is that it wont go in gear F/R. The shop said it is eather the clutch dog in the lower end or a knuckle mid section that is broken. Lower end seems to go in gear when i manually shift lever prop engages F/R. Anyone have any ideas or same problem. Racken my brian and i can get any parts up here in Canada. Also could i reinforce the transom and put a regular out board on the back? Maybe some one has done this. Thanks guys
