'85 50 HP Force white smoke

Hi I have a 1985 US Marine Force that after running on full throttle for a bit there is a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. The smoke seems to be like water boiling. I have run a compression test and the top read 120psi and the bottom was 130psi. Is this normal?

is this a new motor to you ? what are you mixing it at ?might be a heavy oil mix making smoke . the cylinders are close they should be within 10% of eachother
