While diagnosing a fuel problem ( you have to pull a couple plugs and put fuel in cylinder then it fires right up, carbs are getting fuel, I’m cleaning them now) I found this wire, it has no covering and is coming apart, it attaches to the underside of the flywheel, possibly the trigger assembly, if so tell me I don’t have to replace that whole part $$ it’s not the stator wires, advise please and how do you remove the flywheel, do I just need an impact or is there a way to keep the motor from turning over, and yes I know it has to go back on exactly where it came off, for the timing, I’m new to outboards but not engines in general, thanks again
