83, 18 foot bow rider

[Big Boat Bay Buster]

Bought it at the end of last season. South shore Long Island. Merc 470 I/O. Previous owner did alot of work to it but never really used it after the work was complete. To me, thats how you buy and old boat!! I do like it, nice teak trim on these boats. Does not handle the chop all that good, wish it had a deeper V. Overall, very happy. Now lets see if I can still waterski at 46 years old!!

HI, I just got almost the same exact boat except it is closed bow. Does this boat have a kill switch somewhere? I just replaced the battery and ignition, but I can't get the motor to respond at all...Thanks! Justin
