81 Islander I/O fuel sender

Hi This is my first post I'm the proud owner of a 81 Islander I/O . Having
problems with the fuel gauge need to know how to access fuel sending unit.
How do I get access to the fuel tank?

I think on yours the gas tank is below deck, so you will have to cut the floor out if you do not have a latch.

Can you check the guage to make sure its the sending unit.? Ck all wires to guage. Do all this before you have to remove the floor.
