81 140 hp evenrude

I have a knock at the top end I have 120psi on all 4 cyls i can not hear it at idle but when i throttle up it gets louder cansome one here give me a clue on what it could be?

wrist pins,
remove plugs, rotate engine via flywheel, very lightly follow piston with a dowel , just AFTDC push down on the dowel whilst holding the flywheel stationary, do you feel any downward play?
there should be next to none.

If they check out good, look at the lower end, water pump could be loose or broke, prop could be loose , could be anything down there.
